Otter.ai's public API is currently available only to Enterprise workspaces, not

self-serve Pro or Business plans. Until Otter makes

the API self-serve, copy or export each transcript

from Otter and pasting it into Claude.

Import a transcript

In Otter, open the conversation you want to import.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner, then select Export.
Choose Clipboard or TXT and turn on Show speaker names. Timestamps are optional.
Paste the transcript into Claude and say:
> ingest this Otter transcript for <client>

Replace <client> with the client mind's name. Claude will confirm the target

mind before ingesting the transcript. Speaker names let

Armbrain track who spoke.

If you use Otter on mobile

Open the conversation's Transcript tab, tap the three-dot menu, choose

Export text, and then share or paste the exported text into Claude with the

same instruction above.

Verified July 26, 2026:

Otter's public API documentation says API keys and transcript endpoints are available to Enterprise workspaces.
Otter's pricing page lists API and webhook access under Enterprise, which requires scheduling a demo rather than buying a self-serve plan.
Otter's export guide confirms that manual text export is available and can include speaker names.

Armbrain will re-check API availability. If Otter adds transcript API access to

a self-serve plan, Armbrain can reconsider the connector.
