What counts as a seat?
A seat is for one person. It covers unlimited minds and businesses, with sensible AI usage. Joining another business or shared mind does not require another seat.
Who needs a seat when I share a mind?
Everyone accessing a shared mind needs a paid seat. Sharing gives them access to that mind—not your other private minds.
Can the five seats cover people at different businesses?
Yes. The five-seat bundle covers five people, whether they work at the same business or different ones. It costs $400 per month, compared with $450 for five individual seats.
Is anything different in the five-seat bundle?
No. Each person gets the same access. The bundle simply puts five seats on one bill and saves $50 per month.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once a year. One seat is $990 a year. That works out to $82.50 a month and saves $90 over twelve monthly payments of $90. The five seat bundle is $4,400 a year and saves $400. Everyone gets the same access whichever way you pay.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
