On Sep 18 you promised Luis a discount rule for multi-year deals. It is still open.

Luis emailed on Sep 24 asking for the forecast split by region. You said yes, and it is not done.

Check the deal stages in Pipedrive before you share numbers with Jordan.

2 of 5 rocks are off track: the new dispatch software rollout and hiring for the second warehouse shift.

On the scorecard, on-time delivery is at 91% against a 95% goal, the second week below target.

4 issues are on the list. The top one is the late customer invoices Jordan raised on last week's Zoom call.

3 of last week's 7 to-dos are still open in ClickUp.

Confirm each rock's status with its owner before the meeting.

Three leadership teams. Three separate minds.

Works where you work

Change AI tools. Keep the memory.

Armbrain works across Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Claude Code and Cursor. Minds and app connections live in Armbrain, not one chat window.

  • Each company keeps its rocks and history when you switch tools.
  • Your app connections stay in place.
  • Start with one client, then add the others.

Built to be careful

Each company trusts you with its numbers.

Each client stays in its own mind. HubSpot and Stripe connect read-only. Follow-up emails wait for your OK by default, changes to rocks and issues ask first, and meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited.

Each client in its own mind

Every client gets a separate mind. Switch by name, and what you save for one client stays with that client.

Read, don't rewrite

Most connections only read. The few that add something, such as Notion recaps on pages you choose, say so on their own page.

Drafts wait for you

Follow-up drafts are shown to you for approval by default, and meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited. You can change the email setting.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Is each client's information kept separate?
Yes. Each company gets its own mind. When you switch to one, Claude loads that company's decisions, people and promises, and nothing from your other clients. See /security for how it works.
Do my clients have to run an EOS-style system?
No. Business OS is Armbrain's EOS-style toolkit: quarterly rocks, sprints, issues, scorecards and weekly leadership meeting agendas, kept per client. Use it where a client runs that rhythm. Meeting briefs, commitments and follow-ups work either way.
Can it read a client's CRM, meetings or revenue numbers?
Yes, for the apps it connects to. HubSpot is read-only. Pipedrive brings in deals, people and a daily pipeline summary. Stripe shares revenue totals only, through a read-only key. Microsoft Teams may need your client's IT admin to approve access. A brief only uses what is stored, so check the source before you share a number.
Will it send emails or book meetings for me?
Follow-up drafts wait for your OK by default, and meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited. You can change the email setting.
Do I need Claude?
No. You need an AI to chat with. Armbrain works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok and more. Your AI does the chatting, and Armbrain gives it a memory of every company you serve.
What if the app I use isn't listed?
Tell us at /integrations/request which app it is and what you want Armbrain to remember from it.
