In Armbrain HQ, open Connectors and choose Connect Fathom. You can also ask Claude to connect your Fathom account.
Sign in to Fathom and approve Armbrain.
Keep calendar sync on in Fathom, so Armbrain can see who attended and file each call with the right client.

Questions about Fathom

What does Armbrain read from Fathom?

For each recording: the transcript with speaker names, Fathom's summary, the action items and who owns them, and the highlights. It also reads the attendee list to file the call.

Can Armbrain change anything in Fathom?

No. Armbrain only reads. It does not edit, delete or share your recordings or notes in Fathom.

How does Armbrain know which client a call belongs to?

It looks at the people from outside your company on the calendar invite and matches them to each client's mind. When it cannot tell, the call waits in your review queue.

How do I disconnect Fathom?

Open Connectors in Armbrain HQ and choose Disconnect on Fathom, or ask Claude to disconnect your Fathom connection. New recordings stop coming in. Saved items remain. To remove them, contact support.
