For marketing agencies

Every client account is remembered with Armbrain.

Every client account is remembered, handed off cleanly, kept on brand, and kept on track with Armbrain.

Each client gets its own mind inside Claude. Whoever picks up the account switches in by name and sees what was decided, what was promised and who is who.

See it work

Watch it remember.

Pick a demo. Each starts with a question and ends with an answer you can check.

More examples, each with a fictional client:

Learn a client on day one
  1. I just took over Harbor Dental Group. Who is who over there? And set up a 30 minute intro with Dana and Maya next week.
  2. switch_clientHarbor Dental Group
  3. search_memorystakeholders6 people
  4. schedule_meetingcreateWed 10:0030 minDana, Maya
  5. Waiting for your OK · 2 invitees
  6. Six people matter at Harbor Dental Group.

Dana is the founder and signs off on budget. Maya runs marketing across all 4 locations and likes short emails with one clear ask.

The 4 office managers send monthly new patient numbers to Maya.

The intro is ready for Wed 10:00 with Dana and Maya, and invites go out once you confirm.

Check the invite list before you confirm.

Keep every writer on brand
  1. Switch to Copperleaf Bakery Co. and draft the holiday email intro in their voice. Sam is writing the rest. Also, from now on they are bakeries, never shops.
  2. switch_clientCopperleaf Bakery Co.
  3. mindbrand_voice_getwarm, plain, short sentences3 words to avoid
  4. store_correctionsay bakeries, not shops
  5. Here is a three sentence intro in the Copperleaf voice. It leads with pie preorders opening Dec 1 at all 14 bakeries.

It skips the 3 words their brand guide asks you to avoid.

I saved the new rule with Copperleaf Bakery Co., so drafts in this mind say bakeries from now on.

Read the intro once before Sam builds the rest of the email on it.

See who owns what this week
  1. Monday check across the roster. Which client promises are slipping, and whose desk are they on?
  2. briefingcross_client_summary6 clients
  3. briefingcommitment_audit21 open4 at risk
  4. worklist_tasksby owner9 due this week
  5. Four client promises are at risk this week.

Priya: the Tidewater Logistics rate sheet page, due Fri, and the Harbor Dental Group booking page copy, due Thu.

Sam: the Ridgeline Outfitters holiday email plan, due Wed.

No owner yet: the Fieldstone Software case study outline promised to Jordan on Sep 24.

Check with each owner before you move anything in ClickUp.

Hand an account to a new lead

  1. Priya is taking over Tidewater Logistics next week. Package the account for her and tell me what is still open.
  2. switch_clientTidewater Logistics
  3. ingestfind_meetingsFireflies14 calls since June
  4. briefingcommitment_audit5 open1 at risk
  5. handoffpackagefor Priya11 decisions7 people
  6. The handoff package for Priya is drafted.

It draws on 14 Fireflies calls since June and covers 11 decisions still in force, 5 open commitments and the 7 people at Tidewater Logistics, with Luis as the main contact.

One promise is at risk: the rate sheet landing page you told Luis would ship Fri, Oct 9.

Drafting the package does not send it or give Priya access. Review it before you share it with her.

One mind per client

The account lives in a mind, not in one head.

Each client gets a mind for decisions, promises, contacts, voice and rules. When someone takes over an account, they switch in and pick up immediately.

Works where your team works

Change AI tools. Keep the memory.

Armbrain works in Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Claude Code and Cursor. Your client minds and app connections live in Armbrain, not inside one person's chat window.

  • Writers in Claude and builders in Cursor draw on the same client minds.
  • App connections stay put when someone changes tools.
  • Start with one account, then bring in the rest of the roster.

Built to be careful

Each client stays in its own mind.

Each client mind is separate, CRM tools are read-only, and drafts wait for your approval.

Each client in its own mind

Every client gets a separate mind. Switch by name, and what you save for one client stays with that client.

Read, don't rewrite

Most connections only read. The few that add something, such as Notion recaps on pages you choose, say so on their own page.

Drafts wait for you

Follow-up drafts are shown to you for approval by default, and meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited. You can change the email setting.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Is each client's information kept separate?
Yes. Each client has its own mind. When you switch to a client by name, Claude works from that client's decisions, promises and people. For how data is stored and who processes it, read /security, /privacy and /legal/sub-processors.
What happens when an account lead leaves?
What the team saves about a client lives in that client's mind, not in one person's notes, so the next lead can switch in and read it. You can also package a client mind for a handoff. Drafting the package does not send it or give anyone access; you decide who gets it.
Does everyone on the team need a seat?
Yes. Add teammates and assistants in HQ, the web dashboard, and give each one a role. Each person who uses Armbrain needs their own seat. See pricing at /signup.
Will it send emails or book meetings on its own?
Follow-up drafts wait for your OK by default, and meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited. Booking uses Claude's Google Calendar connection. You can change the email setting.
What if the app I use isn't listed?
Tell us which app you need at /integrations/request. Until it is connected, you can upload notes and files straight into the right client mind.
Do we need Claude?
Yes. Armbrain works inside Claude Desktop, claude.ai and Claude Code, and in Cursor. Claude does the chatting, and Armbrain gives it a memory of every client on your roster.

Give every account lead the whole client story.

Start with one client, add your team, and bring in the rest of the roster when it fits.
