Reporting
Monthly reporting without the scramble.
For fractional CMOs and agencies sending monthly client recaps. Once connected, Armbrain stores the month's decisions, campaign results, scorecard numbers and revenue totals. One prompt drafts the report in the client's voice for you to review and send.
- Stripe
- Klaviyo
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- HubSpot
The grind
Every month-end brings the same hunt.
The first days of every month disappear into reporting. You rebuild the story of last month from four dashboards and a stack of meeting notes, then rewrite it so it sounds like the client instead of like a spreadsheet.
- Wins from early in the month are forgotten by the end of it.
- Month-over-month numbers are copied by hand and checked twice.
- Next month's plan gets the least time, despite mattering most.
The flow
From a month of work to a report you can send
Revenue totals arrive on their own
Connect the client's Stripe with a read-only key, and Armbrain saves one revenue summary for each closed month. It keeps totals only, not single payments.
Campaign results and traffic too
Connect Klaviyo or Mailchimp for campaign results, and GA4 for read-only weekly traffic summaries. All of it lands in the same client mind.
briefingcampaign_historyKeep the scorecard current
If you track the client's key numbers on a Business OS scorecard, keep it up to date as the month goes. Armbrain asks before it changes the scorecard. The report compares this month with last month from those numbers.
business_osscorecard_updateWaiting for your OK · scorecard changeDraft the report
Switch to the client and ask for last month's report. Armbrain drafts it from the month's decisions, campaign results, quarterly priorities and scorecard: wins, month-over-month numbers and next month's plan, in the client's brand voice, and saves it with that client. Revenue and traffic summaries are saved separately, so ask for them by name, as the prompt below does.
briefingmonthly_reportAdd the pipeline view
If the client uses HubSpot, include closed deals and lead sources for that month. The HubSpot connection is read-only.
relationshipscrm_reportCheck it, then send it yourself
Check every number against its source. The report is a draft and Armbrain does not send it. Edit it, then share it the way you and the client prefer.
The payoff
A report that tells the month's story, not just its numbers.
The client sees what worked, what moved and what comes next, in words that sound like their own company. You spend month-end on next month's plan instead of on copying numbers.
Change these first:
CLIENTCOMPANY = Lumen Health Clinic Armbrain, draft last month's report for CLIENTCOMPANY. 1. Switch to the CLIENTCOMPANY mind. 2. Generate the monthly report for last month: wins, month-over-month numbers, and the plan for next month. 3. Include the month's revenue summary if one is saved, the email campaigns sent and their results, and the weekly website traffic summaries. 4. Write it in the client's brand voice, for the client's leadership, not for marketers. 5. After the report, list every number with where it came from, and list anything you expected to find but could not. Do not invent or estimate numbers. If a section has no data, leave it out and tell me. This is a draft for my review. Do not send or share it.
Example prompt. The client and people in it are fictional; replace them with your own.
Before you rely on it: A monthly report only covers what reached the client's mind that month. If a campaign or result came in late, add it first. Review the report and verify every number against its source before sending.
