Connect one Pipedrive company to a client, prospect, or company mind so Armbrain can keep its sales context current.
What syncs
- Deals, including value, status, and stage
- People and their available contact details
- Activities such as calls and meetings
- One pipeline summary per day with open-deal count, total value by currency, stage distribution, and the most recently changed deal
Pipedrive is checked every 15 minutes. Records stay in the mind they were connected to.
Before you start
You need:
- A Pipedrive account that can view the records you want to sync
- A Pipedrive API token
- Owner or editor access to the destination mind in Armbrain
Treat the API token like a password. Enter it only in Armbrain's connector form or the Armbrain connector tool.
Find your Pipedrive API token
- Sign in to Pipedrive.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Personal preferences.
- Open the API tab.
- Copy Your personal API token.
If the API tab is unavailable, ask your Pipedrive administrator whether API access is enabled for your account.
Connect from Armbrain HQ
- Open the destination client, prospect, or company mind.
- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Choose Pipedrive.
- Paste the API token.
- Select the mind that should receive the Pipedrive records.
- Click Connect Pipedrive.
Armbrain validates the token before saving it. A successful connection shows as active and begins polling every 15 minutes.
Connect from chat
Ask Armbrain to connect Pipedrive to the active client, prospect, or company mind. When prompted, provide the Pipedrive API token. Armbrain validates and stores it in the encrypted connector credential store.
Troubleshooting
Pipedrive rejected the token
Copy the token again from Pipedrive's API settings. Make sure there are no spaces before or after it. If the token was regenerated, reconnect with the new value.
Records are in the wrong mind
Disconnect Pipedrive, switch to the correct mind, and reconnect it. One Pipedrive company maps to one mind.
A recent change has not appeared
Allow at least 15 minutes for the next poll. Armbrain uses a five-minute overlap between polls so changes made near a poll boundary are not missed.
The pipeline total looks split
Armbrain reports totals separately for each currency. It does not add unlike currencies together.
