Client Kickoff and Setup

Set up a new client's mind, sources, profile and planning rhythm in one guided conversation.

The week a client signs is when context is freshest and easiest to lose. Set them up in one sitting while the sales calls are still in your head.

One conversation with your AI assistant can cover the whole setup:

Armbrain can also prepare the kickoff invite with a Zoom link. Sending invites needs Claude's Google Calendar connection. It shows you the guest list and waits for your OK before any invite goes out.

By the end, the new client's mind holds what you learned during the sale, and your first month has a plan. See the full kickoff workflow.

Try it

  • Armbrain, set up Harbor Dental Group's profile: website, industry, primary contact, and that they plan by quarter with two-week sprints. Show me what you will save before you save it.

  • Armbrain, list the questions we still need answered for Brightpath Learning before the kickoff call.

Prompt of the day

Kick off a new client

Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Brightpath Learning Armbrain, we just signed CLIENTCOMPANY. Set them up and prepare the kickoff. 1. Create a new client mind called CLIENTCOMPANY. Confirm with me before you create it. 2. I will paste or upload the discovery call transcript, the proposal and my sales notes. File each one in the CLIENTCOMPANY mind. 3. From those sources, list the client's goals, the people involved and their roles, what we promised during the sale, and the questions we still need answered. 4. Draft a 45-minute kickoff agenda built on that list. 5. Prepare a kickoff invite for next week with a Zoom link. Show me the guest list and wait for my OK before any invite is sent. 6. Turn each promise from the sale into a task with an owner and a due date, and show me the list before you save it. Mark anything that is a guess, and show which source each point came from.

Why it works: It turns a messy first week into one numbered routine, and every step that creates or sends something waits for your confirmation.
