Teach Behavioral Working Rules

Save the unwritten rules for each client so every draft follows them.

Every client has rules nobody wrote down. Jordan wants the numbers before the story. Never bring up last year's rebrand. Always copy the operations lead on schedule changes. You learn these over months, and they are what separate a generic draft from one the client trusts.

Save them as working rules in that client's mind:

Armbrain, add a rule for Ridgeline Outfitters: Jordan wants the numbers first, then the story.

When you or a teammate switch to that client, the rules come along. Your AI assistant uses them for meeting prep, follow-up drafts and content, without you repeating them.

Keep them useful

Rules are part of what makes a handoff work. Whoever picks up the client next gets the how, not just the what. Read the working rules guide.

Try it

  • Armbrain, add a rule for Ridgeline Outfitters: the CEO wants the numbers first, then the story.

  • Armbrain, list the working rules for Ridgeline Outfitters.

  • Armbrain, remove the Ridgeline Outfitters rule about weekly status calls.

Prompt of the day

Save the rules from today's call

Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Ridgeline Outfitters CLIENTCONTACT = Maya Armbrain, pull today's CLIENTCOMPANY call from Fireflies, save any new rules CLIENTCONTACT gave us, and turn the open items into ClickUp tasks. Show me the rules and the tasks before you save anything.

Why it works: Rules are easiest to catch right after the call where they were said, and the review step keeps a misheard rule from shaping every future draft.
