Turn Transcripts into Team Tasks

When a call changes direction, turn it into clear tasks for your team.

A client call changes direction. The new plan lives in your head, and your team is still working on the old one. The gap between those two is where weeks get lost.

With your meeting tool connected, Armbrain brings in the transcript and files it with the right client. From there, one request turns it into work for your team:

  1. Pull the call and list the decisions and commitments, with who made each one.
  2. Turn the commitments into tasks for the right teammates, with due dates and a few lines of context.
  3. Review the tasks, then approve them. If you use ClickUp, they can land there.

The new direction is also saved in the client's mind, so the next brief, draft and content review follow it, not just this week's tasks.

Each teammate needs their own Armbrain seat and access to that client mind to pick up the context behind the task. Read the task assignment guide.

Try it

  • Armbrain, find Thursday's Fieldstone Software call and list the decisions and commitments.

  • Armbrain, what changed in direction for Fieldstone Software on Thursday's call?

  • Armbrain, show me the open tasks for Priya across my clients.

Prompt of the day

From call to assigned tasks

Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Fieldstone Software Armbrain, turn the commitments from my last CLIENTCOMPANY call into tasks for the teammates who own them, with the due dates we agreed, and add them to ClickUp. Show me the tasks before you create them.

Why it works: It names who does what by when, using the dates agreed on the call, and the review step keeps a wrong owner or date from reaching your team.
