Clients

See the whole roster, not one client at a time.

For fractional leaders and agencies with several clients at once. Armbrain isolates each client, yet summarizes across all of them. One prompt flags recurring problems across accounts.

The grind

Shared patterns hide in plain sight.

Three clients mention the same slowdown in the same month. Two campaigns stall at the same step. You would catch it side by side. Instead, separate calls keep issues isolated.

  • Separate client work hides shared problems.
  • Lessons from one account never reach the next one.
  • Risk at one client hides behind a busy week elsewhere.

The flow

6 steps · 2 apps

From one summary to the right client

  1. One summary across everyone

Get a quick update on every active client, pulled from Granola, Gmail, and your notes.

    briefingcross_client_summary
  2. Find what is at risk

Run a promise check and see which commitments are late or at risk, client by client.

    briefingcommitment_audit
  3. Look for the repeat

Ask Claude to compare what came back and point out anything that appears at more than one client: the same objection, the same slipped step, the same question from leadership. It names the client and the source behind each mention.

  4. Switch in to act

Pick a client and switch into their mind. From there, everything you save and every draft you write stays with that client.

  5. Check what worked before

Look at the campaigns you ran for this client and how they did before you try the fix. Connected Mailchimp campaigns and results appear in that history.

  6. Save the lesson

Switch to your personal mind and save the generalized lesson for next time.

The payoff

One client's lesson helps the next one.

You catch a problem at the second client instead of the fifth, and you walk into each call knowing whether this is new or something you have solved before. Each client's details stay in their own mind; only your lesson travels.

Armbrain, give me a view across my whole roster.

1. Give me a cross-client summary of every active client: open promises, what was added recently, meetings today, and when each client was last touched.
2. For each client, list any promise that is late or at risk, with the owner.
3. Look across all clients for anything that shows up in more than one place, such as the same objection, the same delay or the same question from leadership. For each pattern, name the clients and the source behind each mention.
4. Suggest one action per pattern, and tell me which client to start with.
5. Keep each client's details separate in your answer. Do not copy one client's private information into advice for another.

Mark anything you are unsure of. Do not save or send anything without asking me.

Example prompt. The client and people in it are fictional; replace them with your own.

Before you rely on it: A cross-client view reads what each client's mind holds, so a client with thin notes will look quieter than it really is. When you use a lesson from one client with another, share the lesson, never the first client's private details.
